Diane started her musical journey as a teen in Ogden Utah. As her gift blossomed she displayed her musical gift from San Francisco to all over Europe. Diane nailed down her place in music opening for acts such as Lacy J. Dalton, performing USO tours for troops stationed overseas, and the eastern bloc. Taking a long break after returning to the U.S., music once again called her back into the spotlight with a vengeance. A multi-talented musician and songwriter Diane plays the guitar as well as keyboards. Offstage Diane's cheerful smile and delightful charm make you feel right at home. You will have to witness for yourself the amazing powerful voice of this beautiful five-foot two-inch frame.
Bill Whitesides (Uncle Bill)
Bill Whitesides has been a staple in music throughout Utah for over four decades. His smooth, flexible yet intense action as a lead guitar player has captivated anyone who has ever watched him play. At fourteen years old Bill cut songs in California for Downey Records and has maintained the band The Barracudas for over forty years. Bill can sit in with any band anywhere, whether he is playing lead guitar, bass or keyboards he can perform any genre of music. Bill is considered by his many peers as one of the best around. Quick with a joke and a smile his easy-going personality off stage is a pleasure to experience. On stage, he cuts loose with the gift of music that just flat out can't be believed. Bill's musical gift has been passed down through his entire family. Most notably, his son Daniel Whitesides is the drummer for the world wide mainstream rock band The Used.
Bill & Diane
Bill & Diane first met through a mutual friend at a 4th of July party several years ago. Both were impressed with each other's style, but not getting the opportunity to know each other. Neither knew what was about to come.
Forward a few years. Again another mutual friend whose son was about to be married, strategically planned to get Bill and Diane in the same place at the same time hoping he could get their talents together to perform at his son's wedding. Sitting down just to play a few songs (playing for 5 hours) they and everyone who witnessed this little jam session quickly realized their talents, styles, and tastes in music presented a potential for something very special.
