Mi Tierra

Originally mariachi music was a regional style from areas around Michoacan and Jalisco, but in the twentieth century through movies, television and radio, it became known internationally as the quintessential Mexican sound. It is still very popular in Mexican communities in the United States and Mexico. Based in Utah, the group Mariachi de Mi Tierra performs for community functions as well as private parties, weddings, and for special occasions.
