What is the format of this event?
This event will not be a formal sit-down dinner affair, rather guests can enjoy a lively atmosphere filled with plentiful food and a drink package and ample seating areas.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
IDs will be required to verify age and all adults will be clearly marked as attendees and participants. Please contact us at socialparkcity@pendry.com to inquire about tickets for guests under 21.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Complimentary event self-parking is available in the parking garage located below the Pendry Park City. Please see your ticket for further instructions. Park City's free bus system and the gondola from the base lot at Canyons Village is a convenient way to access the event as well. For information on the bus, visit PC Transit.

What's the refund policy?
We apologize, there are no refunds for this event. There is an exception if you may have been exposed or showing symptoms of COVID-19.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you can pull up your emailed ticket electronically on your mobile device or through the Eventbrite app.
What if there is inclement weather?
We will do our best to run the event as planned. The event will most likely be held, rain or shine. The mountain outdoors can be unpredictable so dress accordingly.
