Ashley E. Norton
Ashley E. Norton is the fearless leader of the female-dominated Americana band Dolly’s Revenge (formerly Lady Psychiatrist’s Booth) and the founder of the acclaimed songwriter showcase Songbirds. Known as "the busiest woman in music," Ashley has built an international reputation through non-stop global touring and a deep-rooted connection with her audiences.
Originally finding her footing in the Arizona folk-rock scene before a transformative decade in Nashville, Ashley now calls the mountains of Ramona, California, home. Her 2024 solo release, Call of the Void, was a critical triumph, sitting in the Euro Americana Top 20 for months and earning praise for its "beatnik cool" and "pop-noir" sensibilities.
Her live performances are a dynamic journey through the American heartland—ranging from the haunting historical narrative of her upcoming album from producer Jeff Berkley and her acoustic release, The Red Guitar, to high-energy anthems that often find her stepping off the stage and into the crowd. An official ambassador for Electro-Voice and Michael E. Mosley Guitars, Ashley combines world-class musicianship with the raw, honest storytelling that defines the modern Americana genre.
Accompanying her on tour is often her famous singing dog, Garfunkel, who has become a beloved fixture of her international performances.
