Danielle Bryan and Rachel Smoot
Mountain Town Music & Wild Women Tribe Presents:
A Sound Bath Meditation at Shamanic Twist.
Join us for an immersive Sound Bath and meditation evening with Dannielle Bryan and Rachel Smoot on Friday November 17th at Shamanic Twist. This rejuvenating experience is like a concert for your soul as the vibrations from the crystal bowls resinate through your body. The bowls are tuned to the 432 htz frequency, which is specific for healing on a cellular level, as it shifts your brainwaves into the theta state. Dannielle Bryan, founder of Shamanic Twist will guide participants through a shamanic meditation, preparing the physical and subtle body to receive the healing power of sound. Then, Rachel guide participants through a sound journey using a myriad of instruments with the bowls being the predominant energy behind the composition.
Dannielle and Rachel are both practitioners of shamanic energy healing, reiki, and sound as medicine. They have been collaborating together for years through the healing arts and are both Kamas locals.
Come show yourself some love and immerse yourself in a community sound bath experience. After the meditation and sound healing participants will be invited to sit in circle and share anything that might have come up for them during the sound bath to integrate and assimilate the healing.
Hosted by Shamanic Twist

This series is a continuation of the four-part Sound Healing Series collaboration that Mountain Town Music presented together with Wild Women Tribe last spring. The goal of that series was to raise awareness on mental health and offer a space for community-activated healing. All proceeds from the event will go to support the Healing Sounds series which provides free and ticketed events in Summit County supporting mental health and community connection through the power of sound, frequency, and dance as medicine.
Wild Women Tribe connects likeminded women in transformational experiences in the outdoors though daylong workshops called WANDERS and transformational retreats. It’s become a dynamic and fun platform that empowers and unites adventure loving women and female-founded businesses through positive support, shared interests, and connection in Mother Nature.
