Dr. Jon from Mountain Town Band
Mountain Town Band is an Americana music group from Park City, Utah that brings you what they call “Outlaw Americana” – traditional Country Music with Bluegrass and Folk influences. Singer, songwriter and principal member of the group, Dr. Jon has been a performing locally for over 30 years. ‘Mountain Town’ began as a solo act for fun and marketing for the dental office (Dr. Jon was the town dentist for more than 20 years). Kim (married to Jon) joined the performance lineup on Cajon in 2023 to add some percussion magic to the sound which really separates the duo from other acts. Add in Michael Louis Austin on lead guitar and you’ve got the full trio ready for a stage show that sells tickets and gets people on the dance floor.
