Jessica performs public and private sound baths using quartz singing bowls. She has been a a student and practitioner of yoga for over 20 years and uses the container of sacred circle to share and integrate the gifts of sound, meditation, journaling, breathwork, and visualization to bring healing to her community. Jessica started making Malas, strands of beads (traditionally 108) used for keeping count during meditation. Mala beads have been in use for thousands of years, with the earliest examples dating back to the 8th century B.C.more than 6 years ago. Jessica has been passionate about creating from birth and so learning to weave and the why behind came naturally. Through her practices she honors her own path through honoring the path of community.
