River Arrow
River Arrow’s music stems from experiences that either have happened to her personally, she has witnessed, or researched. Every song is crafted in a way where it has two perspectives, that of River Arrow, who is a more naive and curious individual that approaches her lyrics from a chaotic mind that feels similar to an insane cage locking her in, creating a velvet and timeless sound. Than, there’s RAW, who is the alternative version of River. She is mysterious, sexy, and dark, with a sultry, psychedelic-like voice.
Releasing her first single, ‘Danny’, written about a female having knowledge of a friend wanting to commit suicide, which in the end, well, you’ll just have to watch the music video to see what happens. She released this in 2020. She is now working on three different albums and in the process of getting into the recording studio.
River spends her days teaching, busking, performing live one to three times per week in Salt Lake City, with plans to expand to different states (starting the beginning of 2023), practicing guitar and voice, writing every night, composing new songs daily, and continues to learn new instruments and strengthen her knowledge within the music industry more.
Arrow has more than 100 songs written and fully composed. Her lyrics are said to create a movie within the mind of those listening. Every word has a meaning and formulates a cinematic maze, taking the audience on a sound trip of a lifetime with an ending not many usually expect.
All songs have videos attached to them as well, with plans to be filmed and released within the upcoming years.
